My work centers on helping senior leaders operate with clarity, focus, and momentum. For more than a decade, I have supported executives navigating complex environments where priorities shift quickly and execution matters.

I bring international experience across clean tech, aviation, international development, and public sector operations, shaped by living and working across the U.S., Caribbean, and Europe. From managing large scale initiatives to handling the quiet, detailed work that keeps leaders organized, my roles have consistently involved one core responsibility: reducing friction so leaders can stay focused on what matters most.

I thrive in environments that require judgment, discretion, and sustained attention to detail, and I enjoy learning how high performing executives think, decide, and operate. I prefer depth over breadth and am at my strongest when supporting one leader or leadership team with consistency and trust.

Today, my work spans three connected offerings: ongoing Executive Support, targeted Alignment Audits, and short term Friction Sprints. Each is designed to address the same challenge at different levels of intensity, maintaining operational clarity, alignment, and follow through when stakes are high.

My background includes supporting organizations managing up to $500 million in funding and working alongside leaders during periods of growth, reorganization, and transition. Across every engagement, my focus remains practical and execution oriented. I help leaders move through complexity with less drag, fewer missed details, and greater confidence in how work gets done.
