Phase 1: DIAGNOSTIC
One of our carefully selected facilitators will walk your team through an in-depth assessment developed by our in-house PhD psychometrician. We closely assess varying metrics that indicate levels of Organizational Culture including, employee satisfaction, psychological safety in the workplace and employee engagement. The diagnostic will also provide a 360 peer review that will identify leadership's contributions to human sustainability and any possible skill gaps. This information will be analyzed and presented in a report along with a proposal for fully customized virtual Team Building Program.

Phase 2: VIRTUAL EVENT
We host Team Buildings that teams get excited about. We go beyond the typical "fun day" and use instructional design that ignites participants. Your team can participate in a host of virtual activities that they will not only enjoy, but inspire perspective changes that help to facilitate teams to deepen their collaboration to work towards a united vision. No more corny games. These team buildings are life changing events.

Phase 3: EVALUATION & SUPPORT
We will never leave you hanging. Expect full support when your program is completed including an ROI analysis, feedback survey and recommendations moving forward. You will also have access to support your continued pursuit in turning your workplace into a vibe.
